Job Description PM/Delivery Managers' primary function is to have an end-to-end project management support for wireline core data requirements of B2B Strategic Verticals customers. The scope extends from opportunity, design, reservation until order closure and project acceptance. Aside from Activation, our Delivery Managers also handle the Deactivation Orders and manage the return of all resources keeping the network optimized. To be effective, they do a close collaboration with various functional groups within Globe such as Sales, Engineering, Buildout, Provisioning, Presales, and also vendors in preparing the circuit delivery. Part of a Delivery Managers' responsibility is to ensure that we provide a quality customer experience with timely and proactive project updates and compliance to RFS commitment. The candidate will handle core data & voice circuits of B2B Strategic Verticals1 (ITBPM). The candidate is a customer-facing Project Manager (Delivery Manager) who ensures timely updates on project Status are regularly provided. The DM ensures installation SLA/TOR commitment is met. Act as overall technical SPOC of Globe and ensures the order flows through from the time the customer provides the signed conforme/TOR up to the implementation. Assesses and reviews circuit design and able to come up with a technical implementation plan. Provides alternative solutions in the event the initial design is not feasible on the requested timeline of the Service Provider Leads internal project meetings to ensure project deliverables and commitment to clients are met. Attends to project meetings and presentations as necessary or as requested by the customer. - Must have leadership capability. Knows how to manage Enterprise customers and stakeholders.
