The individual benefits are subject to regulatory, contractual, or corporate conditions. **You'll make an impact** - You support the preparation of the yearly budget, analyze the monthly performance, and coordinate efficiency together with the managers responsible for the cost centers for our department globally - You evaluate and analyze department data to create detailed reports, presentations, and decision templates for the management, and you create overviews and analytics with different performance and KPI data - You support and conduct quarterly global community calls for our department - You support marketing and communication activitites for the department, and update and maintain the department SharePoint. - You coordinate customer feedback survey and align workshop with respective parties for score improvement - You maintain the inventory list of departments cost centers **Your defining qualities** - You are characterized by excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously - You have excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international teams - You have analytics skills to be able to analyze data, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations - You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and have knowledge of analytic tools and AI - You have first work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher - Proficiency in German and English at different completes your profile You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
