Junior Property Technical analyst

About the role

Updating and auditing digital records using key software tools, including technical data analysis. Conducting gap analyses and defining corrective action plans to address identified issues. Managing document recovery processes and coordinating remediation activities to resolve critical findings. Monitoring regulatory compliance requirements and coordinating activities with the relevant Property Managers. Overseeing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities carried out by the team and preparing related reports and performance documentation. Degree in Architecture or Engineering or Surveyor 2-3 years of experience in property or facility management sector Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Native Italian and good level in english Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and lenders. Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude and commercial awareness. Team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
