Job Title Corporate Admin Job Description Department Corp Admin As a subsidiary of Toyota Industries (TICO), Vanderlande North America is enjoying rapid growth and extraordinary market demand. Vanderlande is a global market leader in material handling system manufacture, design, installation, and service. Vanderlande systems employ the latest in robotic, mechanical, and software technology. Vanderlande's customers are household names in e-commerce, package delivery, and air transportation. The Department will provide support to the Installation team by carrying out general administrative duties and assigned tasks. This role involves data entry, timesheet submittal for both VI and Labor Providers, updating records, and various other duties. The department Admin will report directly to the Team Lead of the Corporate Admin department. Responsibilities & Tasks: Provide administrative support to department staff as needed Ensure VI timesheets are correct and submitted by the deadline each week Submit VI RTO's, transfers, expenses as instructed on a weekly basis Monitor department travel to ensure it is kept within the guidelines set forth Ensure Labor Provider timesheets are complete, signed, accurate and communicated to relevant companies and Distribution Operations Administrators in a timely manner Ensure site admins are maintaining all required documents, provide training as needed Work with labor providers to vet site admins for upcoming projects and assist with training Coordinate with the department team and group leads to join team meetings Assist in the organization of department events or conferences Manage data in spreadsheets and reports Maintain/update department SharePoint sites Organize/monitor site supervisors' trainings/certificates Order and track IT equipment for field personnel in the department Create and Maintain SOPs for new and existing processes
