Accountant, Treasury

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across bank accounts (local and international)
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Maintain adequate liquidity levels to meet operational needs
• Manage online banking platforms and payment approvals
• Execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions for business needs
• Prepare treasury reports (e.g., payment plan, cash forecast)
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
• Track policy renewal schedules and coordinate timely renewals with brokers/insurers
• Review coverage scope, limits, and premiums to ensure adequacy and cost efficiency
• Support VAT preparation by validating input/output VAT data
• Renewing and managing digital certificates used for secure business.
• Filing and organization of approved GL vouchers.
• Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policy
• Manage employee purchase transactions for company products
