About the role
A forward-looking public sector organisation is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Manager to support its CIO Office. This role will drive strategic operations, organisational effectiveness, staff engagement, and key transformation initiatives. Responsibilities
- Vendor Management (Advisory &Insights)
- Oversee end-to-end vendor lifecycle: procurement, evaluation, contracting, and performance management
- Maximise value from research and advisory services through usage analysis and optimisation
- Identify and implement enhancements using emerging technologies (e.g. GenAI tools)
- Organisational Planning & Operations
- Support workforce planning, organisational structuring, and headcount tracking
- Coordinate audit readiness and act as liaison for internal/external audits
- Manage governance platforms, including meeting coordination and action tracking
- Organise staff engagement initiatives (e.g. townhalls, learning sessions)
- Administer team integration funds and operational activities
- Digital Workplace & Knowledge Management
- Enhance collaboration platforms, intranet, and shared repositories
- Design and improve onboarding programmes and knowledge frameworks to boost productivity
- Strategic Projects & Innovation
- Lead special projects and ad hoc initiatives aligned with CIO Office priorities
- Drive adoption of innovative tools and solutions to improve efficiency and workflows
- Job Requirements
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience in operations, planning, or transformation roles
- Interest in technology, digital workplace tools, and innovation related environments will be advantageous.

- Salary Range : $6,000.00 - $7,000.00
