Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Associate Manager, Contract Manufacturing! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since. Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates. The Associate Manager, Contract Manufacturing will oversee Ocean Spray's co-manufacturing relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to support and drive efficiency on base business, as well as innovation. In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that co-manufactured products are delivered on time, in full, on budget, and meeting quality requirements. A Day in the Life... Support innovation process and new item commercialization, from co-man sourcing and qualification to launch and ongoing production Negotiate costs for products with existing and new co-man partners; participate in the AOP process to ensure accurate planning Lead business and score card reviews with co-man partners, covering fulfillment, cost, quality, and other relevant metrics Identify and execute cost savings opportunities within the co-manufacturing space, including RFPs, process/material changes, and cost negotiations Work cross-functionally with planning, marketing, sales, FSQA, R&D, finance, etc., acting as liaison with external manufacturing partners to deliver against business needs This role requires up to 30% of domestic travel. International travel may be possible based on business needs.
