Responsibilities
- Lead NOC operations and teams across shifts; manage escalations and act as technical escalation point for critical incidents.

- Professional Experience / Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years' experience in NOC or network operations with leadership or escalation experience.
- Understanding of hybrid environments (on‑premises and cloud).
- Experience with monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Pingdom, Status Page).
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes and incident lifecycle management.

- Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and service health monitoring.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and leadership skills.
