About the role

About You The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in facilities and contract management within a building services environment, supported by strong commercial acumen. Experience supporting facilities and building services environments, including knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Demonstrated capability in project planning, contract administration, and multi‑disciplinary maintenance coordination. Strong understanding of WHS legislation, building codes, and NSW government procurement processes. Ability to build long term stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities in a changing environment. Proven experience establishing commercial frameworks that reduce risk and improve service performance.
