Regional Account Executive (Anime)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred).
• Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome. Solid background in marketing or client-facing roles is highly advantageous. Prior experience in the IP/Entertainment industry is NOT mandatory.
• Genuine interest and passion for the animation, media, and entertainment industry.
• Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Business Chinese to effectively communicate, negotiate, and liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts in regions such as Taiwan.
• Travel: Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas frequently for business purposes.
• Availability: Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
• Remuneration & Benefits
• Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and skills)
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): Provided (13th-month bonus)
• Variable Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
• Annual Leave: 14 days | Medical Leave: 14 days
• Medical Insurance: Provided (upon completion of the 3-month probation period)

Job Responsibilities Regional Account Management & Sales: Expand the company's presence across Asia Pacific markets (e.g., Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia). Present, promote, and drive licensing solutions of character intellectual property (IP) to existing and prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term, collaborative business relationships with clients and partners. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction. Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing and account management efforts. Continuously enhance processes and approaches based on feedback. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
