We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to strengthen our Infrastructure Delivery function by providing dedicated support for our hybrid platform (on-prem + Kubernetes-based environments). This role focuses on ensuring the availability, performance, and operational stability of critical infrastructure and platform services while supporting CI/CD pipelines and enabling continuous delivery. Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure and platform services Monitor systems and respond to alerts Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes Support Kubernetes clusters and container platforms Maintain CI/CD pipelines and assist in deployments Manage virtualization platforms (Proxmox) Support monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki) 3-5 years experience in Infrastructure or DevOps support Strong Linux administration skills Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins Monitoring and logging tools experience Strong troubleshooting skills
