Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, routing, work instructions, and controlled documentation
- Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including prototype builds, process trials, testing, data collection, validation, and production handover

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain to close assigned NPI actions
- Learn and apply engineering principles, data analysis, structured problem-solving, and risk-based thinking in a practical manufacturing environment
- Qualifications & Experience
- Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field)
- Strong fundamental engineering knowledge with interest in manufacturing systems, process development, tooling, automation, and NPI execution
- Good analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills with willingness to use structured engineering methods
- Strong communication, teamwork, documentation, and follow-up abilities
- Willingness to learn, take guidance, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing and NPI environment
- Preferred
- Internship, industrial training, capstone project, or academic project experience in manufacturing, process engineering, product development, or testing
- Exposure to manufacturing processes, CAD tools, prototyping, data analysis, measurement systems, or process documentation work
