About the role

You will serve as a MANAGER (Deputy Department Head) in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Deputy Department of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-06 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector leading or managing Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operations or technical programs (e.g., short and long-term planning; setting priorities; estimating resources) to ensure the development and integration of EOD technologies, policies, and procedures in support of Joint Force mission requirements.
