We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. An Analyst, Transportation is responsible for daily monitoring, tracking, and analyzing shipments and routes assigned to each of the carriers. Make time analysis, KPIs management, BI's reporting directly to the customer and the internal team. What your day-to-day will look like: - Scheduling and tracking pickups and deliveries. - Notifying clients of any deviations from the execution schedule. - Handling calls and emails from drivers and clients and addressing operational needs. - Contacting transport providers for updates and entering accurate information into the dispatch system. - Communicating any issues to clients or providers. - Supporting fleet management team members and operations staff. - Verifying database accuracy and generating monthly reports. - Verifying the accuracy of repair invoices and processing them in a timely manner. - Managing and completing projects, reports, and ad-hoc requests as needed. - Performing other job-related tasks as assigned. What you need to excel (minimum requirements): - University degree and equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience in ground transportation. Full English proficiency (intermediate to advanced conversational level).
