Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Education : Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years in HR, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance; proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Attributes : Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
