About the role

We aren't looking for a Brand & Social Media Manager to post updates; we are looking for a Brand Architect who treats social media as the primary engine for growth. At Circles, we believe that the most powerful brands today are built social-first and if we aren't part of the everyday conversation, it's just noise. We are looking for a highly motivated creative architect of our newly launched Mascot in Singapore. You should be a high-velocity thinker who views every trend as a potential conversion funnel and every meme as a building block for brand equity Reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, you will operate at the intersection of high-impact B2C consumer engagement and strategic B2B advisory for our global telco partners. You will also own the PR communications landscape, being the strategic partner for Circles.Life and collaborating with the Corporate marketing team to drive PR media strategy for strategic partners. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of creative instinct and operational rigor, with a proven track record of launching and scaling brands within digital-first ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Building the Brand Fundamentals: Develop the brand strategy to scale the new Circles.Life Mascot and build a strong organic communication framework to ensure brand synchronization
  • Social-first Brand Campaigns: Lead the brand calendar and delivery of integrated brand campaigns, from big-idea development to in-market
  • Trend-to-Traffic Pipeline: Act as a cultural radar. You will identify emerging shifts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, translating them into content that drives measurable traffic, search volume, and conversions.
  • Sharpen the asset briefs: Propose the most optimum brief on socials (graphics, captions, short-form copy), both organic and paid, for brand fit and consistency, along with platform fit
  • Creative Fatigue Detection: Monitor performance obsessively to spot when a creative hook or visual style is losing its edge. You'll pivot and refresh our creative direction before it impacts the bottom line.
  • Tracking BHTs and social listening : Develop clear KPIs and metrics to measure the trends that are relevant to Klook's audience and markets, and escalate high-potential signals (example Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, or similar)
  • Manage brand consistency: Work in close partnership with creative and media lead, external agencies, and local marketing teams to ensure all creative outputs are bold, high-quality, and on-brand.
  • Own PR Media Strategy: Drive a proactive PR roadmap to secure high-tier coverage, manage reputation, and keep Circles.Life at the heart of the cultural conversation.
  • Awards & Recognition: Lead the storytelling and submission process for industry awards to cement our status as a global disruptor & innovator.
  • B2B Advisory: Support global partners by sharing best-practice frameworks, case studies and brand success stories from across markets.

  • 7+ years of experience in a Brand Strategy or Content Leadership, with a proven portfolio of building "social-first" brands in B2C or D2C environment
