Content Creation & Design Intern

Responsibilities

• As our Content Creation & Design Intern, you'll work closely with the marketing team to bring our brands to life across digital platforms.
• Your responsibilities include:
• Create engaging social media graphics, posters, menus, EDMs, and marketing collateral
• Design promotional materials for campaigns, events, seasonal launches, and brand activations
• Capture photo and video content across our venues for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other digital platforms
• Edit short-form videos and create social-first content that aligns with each brand's identity
• Assist in content planning, social media scheduling, and campaign execution
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas and keep up with social media trends
• Support influencer collaborations, media events, and content shoots
• Ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent brand identity across multiple brands
• Work alongside the operations team to capture new menu launches, cocktails, live entertainment, and special events
• Assist with website assets, digital advertisements, and other marketing initiatives as required
• Who We're Looking For
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Good eye for design, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Passionate about social media trends and content creation
• Comfortable using a camera or smartphone to capture high-quality content
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Photography or videography experience is a bonus
