- Follow up with attendees and prospects as necessary to aid in business development efforts
- Sponsorships & Exhibits
- Coordinate the firm's participation in sponsored industry events and conferences
- Manage exhibit logistics, including booth materials, shipping, setup, staffing schedules, and on-site support
- Track sponsorship deliverables and ensure visibility and brand standards are met
- Maintain detailed tracking documentation of giveaway inventory; order new items as needed
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Identify, contract, and manage relationships with event vendors and venues
- Track event budgets, expenses, and invoices; ensure events are delivered on time and within budget
- Promotion & Post-Event Follow-Up
- Collect data and event feedback as a catalyst for actionable insights; use data to build out custom reports via our CRM platform
- Collaborate with marketing team to support event promotion through email, website, and social media channels
- Manage registration lists, attendance tracking, and post-event communications
- Compile post-event reports, including attendance, engagement, and ROI insights

This role oversees the full lifecycle of a diverse event portfolio-including webinars, executive-level programs, client experiences, firm-hosted conferences, and high-impact industry sponsorships and exhibits. This position balances hands-on event management with growing responsibility for event strategy, advising internal stakeholders, streamlining processes, performance tracking, and improving event outcomes. The Events Manager works closely with service line leaders, partners, and the marketing team to ensure each event aligns with firm goals, delivers a high-quality attendee experience, and offers actionable insights for continuous improvement. The Events Manager will contribute to refining event standards, identifying opportunities to enhance attendee experience and engagement, and bringing forward insights that improve future programming. Over time, this role will take on more influence over the planning, design, and evaluation of events, while serving as a key point of contact for vendors and external partners. Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 Location: Hybrid (on-site 1x/week on Wednesdays)
