About the role

Job Responsibilities Gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of Freight Forwarding operations Handle drop, import and export shipment processing and coordination Communicate and coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers/airlines, NVOCCs, and co-loaders Arrange shipment bookings, customs clearance, and delivery schedules Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers Liaise with service providers for transportation and local handling services Process import/export permits and customs documentation Manage shipments through EDI systems Prepare shipment documentation, operational reports, and invoices Support customers adhoc request for inspection of goods etc., Support problem resolution, service recovery, and insurance claims handling Supervise and support the Customer Service Operations team Job Requirements Diploma holder / O level At least 6 months working experience in Freight Forwarding industry Training provided and Career growth opportunity into a future Operations Leader role Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, willing to learn Work location at Ubi, Oxley Bizhub Salary $3000 - $4000 AWS & Variable Bonus Interested applicants please send over your Resume.
