Trainee-Application Chemist

About the role

As junior, this role will focus on sales supporting and marketing activities implementation. You will be required to team work with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Service, Sales, ect. to boost Waters business in local territories. Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our sales development specialist, who would work closely with Sales and the Application team to drive Waters Customer Success with the applications and technology

Responsibilities

• Sales supporting such as customer co-visiting, documents generation, solution presentation, etc.
• Provide LC application consultancy services and technical support to end users both in the area of liquid chromatography.
• Plan, localize and implement diversified business development programs according to program codes in related industries.
• Work closely with sales to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Team work with Marketing, Service and Sales teams to collect, evaluate, and forecast the local business data.
• Support installed site to help customers be successful, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master's degree, or above in analytical chemistry, polymer material, organic chemistry or related field
• Familiar with LC instrument,
• Strong self-motivated and work independently under stress
• Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Good web, Word, and Excel capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polish written skills in English
• Passionate in learning high-tech science
• A team player and self-starter with strong organization skills
