Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, diverse asset classes and investment operations will be advantageous. Responsibilities will include: Responsible for trade capture, cash and position reconciliations, and proactive resolution of exceptions Interact with sell side trading counterparts on market updates and trade related issues Collaborate with various teams within the firm to address trade and compliance queries Research and resolve trade breaks at Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators & Custodians Run end-of-day flash PNL and generate ad-hoc risk/performance reporting to support the investment team Partner with the technology team on building out technology solutions to enhance the control environment and optimize performance reporting
