As we expand our operations in San Salvador, we are looking for a proactive, energetic Recruiter to support our continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for our agent and non-agent population.
  • Maintain a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates to support weekly hiring needs.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments, language tests, and hiring events.
  • Partner with operations, training, and workforce management to understand staffing forecasts and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
  • Support employer branding efforts, local outreach, job fairs, and digital sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience in BPO, call center, or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills using social media, job boards, and local networks.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (WorkDay) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interview skills; confident working with diverse candidate pools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly hiring targets.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, flexibility and ability to stay positive under pressure to achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency preferred (B2+ or higher).
