- Key Accountabilities:
- Managing project technical and schedule needs and effectively leading multi-disciplinary teams comprised of manufacturing, quality, engineering, and purchasing resources to achieve program delivery milestones

- Basic Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience in design and/or manufacturing engineering OR;
- A Masters degree in Engineering with 0+ years of experience in design and/or manufacturing engineering OR;
- A PhD in Engineering with 0+ years of experience in design and/or manufacturing engineering
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
- Preferred Requirements :
- Technical knowledge of turbo-machinery, gas turbine engines, and mechanical systems
- Trained in project management principles, requirements management, systems engineering, and/or structured verification methods
- Familiarity with Process Management (i.e APQP) and Manufacturing processes (i.e. Fixed Process Approval, FAIR)
- PMP Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
