Responsibilities
- You will:
- Act as the rewards partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global Total Rewards strategy while meeting local business needs
- Execute and manage rewards programs including compensation, benefits, mobility, and key Total Rewards processes
- Support the implementation and communication of pay structures, compensation principles, and annual reward cycles (salary review, incentives, benchmarking)
- Drive consistency and compliance with global frameworks, policies, and local legal requirements
- Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to support decision-making, cost planning, and rewards strategy
- Use market data and insights to ensure competitive positioning and continuously improve rewards processes and data quality
- WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- You'll work closely with People teams, Finance, and business leaders, collaborating with global and regional Total Rewards teams to ensure alignment between global frameworks and local delivery.
- This role will be reporting to the People Manager.
Requirements

- Have a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or similar, or equivalent experience
- Bring strong experience in compensation and benefits and Total Rewards practices
- Have strong analytical, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
