Job Description Leading in-house engineering design works of Mechanical System, including detailed design of ACMV / Fire Protection / Plumbing & Sanitary System, hydraulic calculation, E20 heat load calculation etc. Attend design coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors. Coordinate with BIM / drafting personnel for the 3D model / drawings production for design drawing / shop drawings submission. Coordinate with BIM personnel for the Combined Services Drawings. Assist in preparing the material requisition for all Mechanical equipment and materials. Assist site team in carrying out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC, Coordinate with other trade of contractors such as Electrical System, Process System, Structural etc to capture. Participate in liaison with Mechanical suppliers for quotation, carry out equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation. Analyse, manage and track project costs against budget. Assist in preparing material submittals for electrical system to the Consultant for approval. Participate in tender preparation for new projects.
