Liquid Personnel is seeking a Social Worker to join its client's Joint Homelessness Team (JHT) a multi-disciplinary statutory mental health service that supports individuals experiencing homelessness and sleeping rough in Westminster. The team's core mission is to reduce rough sleeping by helping those with severe and enduring mental health needs access appropriate treatment, care, support, and accommodation.
