POSITION SUMMARY EarnIn is seeking an experienced production leader to drive the production of creative assets and experiential activations as we further develop our brand voice and aesthetic, and launch new, category-defining products in the earnings management and financial technology space. The role is responsible for overseeing the production of creative campaigns, including executions and live activations; and creative assets, including photography, video, and social content, with a focus on strategic alignment with the company's brand and business objectives. The individual in this position manages the entire production lifecycle-from planning and budgeting to coordinating shoots and overseeing post-production-ensuring each initiative runs smoothly and assets are delivered efficiently and on schedule. In addition to producing high-quality content, the role involves strategically aligning the assets with business goals, maximizing ROI, and ensuring they resonate with the target audience. Once the creative assets are finalized in post-production, this leader works with channel leaders to ensure the assets are effectively delivered to the appropriate channels for publication and meet the goals they were intended to accomplish. This includes coordinating with marketing, digital, product, and design teams, as well as finance and other key business stakeholders, to ensure the content aligns with the brand's messaging, performance metrics, and business objectives. Collaboration and buy-in across teams is key to ensuring the content drives engagement, supports business growth, and contributes to measurable success while maintaining financial efficiency throughout the production process. This position is hybrid, with two days a week in our Mountain View, CA office. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000-$198,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
