Location: Geisinger Behavioral Health Danville Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: Geisinger is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team supporting care for adults and adolescents based at the Geisinger Behavioral Health Center in Danville, PA. The FNP will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, patient centered care. Job Duties: Perform comprehensive medical assessments. Provide medication management, evaluations, and daily patient rounding. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, and case managers. Document all care in the Epic electronic health record. Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate care transitions. Communicate with families, caregivers, and community providers as needed to support continuity of care.
