- Optimize enterprise test operations and scheduling (MRP-adjacent tracking) to manage lab capacity, coordinate shared test assets, and eliminate scheduling bottlenecks across competing divisional timelines.
- Develop and drive a comprehensive strategic roadmap for enterprise hardware testing capabilities, proactively building test infrastructure to support Anduril's expansion into new product domains and environments (underwater, surface, land, air, and space).
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure the throughput, asset utilization, safety, and operational impact of the Enterprise Support organization on Anduril's product divisions.
- Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience implementing and operating hardware testing, system validation, or multi-disciplinary physical engineering programs, with proven experience leading a centralized, multi-client, or enterprise-level support structure.
