As part of the Maintenance team, you'll help with the requests that come in each day pertaining to the more technical side of the building- like appliance maintenance, smoke detector installations, and light fixture removals. We love to keep our buildings looking beautiful, so you'll also be responsible for routine cosmetic updates - such as painting, changing screens, and replacing windows.
