- Essential Duties/Tasks
- Game Day
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of game operations for home contests in Volleyball, Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field, Cross Country, Men's and Women's Tennis, and Men's and Women's Golf.
- Collaborate with the Ticket Office, Guest Services, law enforcement, transportation services, game officials, visiting teams, custodial services, and athletics facilities staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee and manage all pre-event, event-day, and post-event timelines, logistics, and operational activities.
- Maintain direct responsibility for Guest Services operations across all home athletic venues, including staff oversight, training, scheduling, and the delivery of a safe, welcoming, and positive fan experience.
- Supervisory
- Plans, assists and supervises the work of others for home athletic events.
- Coordinate
- Coordinate the events calendar to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve guest feedback before and after events.
- Manage and maintain monthly and weekly expense reports to ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Coordinator
- Coordinate with external stakeholders of home athletic events, including Yell Leaders, Aggie Band, Corps of Cadets, Aggie Dance Team and Hullabaloo Band.
- Third Party Events
- Direct oversight for awarded sports hosting NCAA Postseason, predetermined NCAA Championships, Southeastern Conference Championships hosted by Texas A&M.
- Compliance
- Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all appliable NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations.
- Establishes and ensures communication and enforcement of rules and regulations concerning student athletes: conduct, appearance, road games, punctuality and other areas as deemed appropriate.
