- MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

- The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $46,400.00 - $67,300.00.

POSITION SPECIFICS The Learning Center Success Specialist develops, implements, assesses, and promotes academic support programs designed to improve student retention, academic achievement, and graduation outcomes. This position coordinates Learning Center operations, including tutoring recruitment, training, scheduling, program assessment, academic coaching as well as supplemental disability services and consultation. The Specialist engages directly with students to identify academic needs, makes targeted referrals, monitors student progress, and designs interventions to support success. This role fosters inclusive and responsive learning environments, collaborates with faculty and campus partners, and uses data-informed strategies to enhance program effectiveness and student engagement.
