Critical Facilities Manager(Data Centre / Telecom)

About the role

Randstad is partnering with a leading commercial client to hire a Critical Facilties manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the building. You will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across all assigned sites. Oversee daily facility operations to maintain optimal health of all critical systems Develop and drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime Manage third-party service providers, monitoring their quality, safety, and SLA performance Lead end-to-end incident response Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections skills and experience required Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a closely related field Min 8 years of proven experience working in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or telecommunications environments Strong understanding of Uptime Institute Tier standards (Tier II-IV) ands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Solid ability to read and interpret Electrical Single Line and Mechanical schematics.
