Email Integration Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Complete and QA campaign setups and email campaign launches without errors
• Work closely with internal departments (Database Services, Business
• Intelligence, Marketing, and Account Management groups) to execute
• one-off and trigger based email campaigns
• Work closely with
• engineers, marketing counterparts, and email vendor to ensure seamless
• implementation of new feature developments, program enhancements and
• initiatives
• Lead daily prelaunch calls with internal teams
• Manage daily launch calendar for all promotional marketing emails
• Required Skills:
• Strong SQL knowledge
• HTML coding experience for email - minimum 2 years' experience
• 2-4 years' experience as a QA analyst
• Very strong knowledge and experience using a major third party Email Service Provider (e.g., ExactTarget)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience with A/B testing for email
• Excellent time-management, organization, and project management skills, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively about marketing testing techniques and options
• Ability to quickly identify and address operational and process issues
• Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Job Description: The Email Integration Coordinator is responsible for the daily set up, QA, and deployment of outbound email campaigns for client's promotional marketing programs. The successful candidate will have experience with ExactTarget, posess strong QA skills, knowledge of SQL, and a proven record of launching error-free email campaigns.
