- Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in operations, administration, or general management
- Strong knowledge of HR management and employment regulations
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Experience handling company documentation, compliance, and corporate records
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
