About the role
Your new company Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire a Customer Care Officer Location : Kallang Salary : up to $2,800 + enhanced bonus scheme upon completion of milestones (Start, half and end, 0.5 months) Work hours : Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm Your new role - Manage customer's enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction - Simultaneously handle multiple chats - Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs. - Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.) - Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.) - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned What you'll need to succeed - At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service in contact centre and/or handling chat enquiries - Strong customer service skills What you'll get in return This is an exciting opportunity to join an MNC.
