About the role
This position will be based in Costa Rica ZFS and will be responsible to support deployment, integration, and enablement activities for SAP Business Network (SBN) and SAP Ariba across legacy and new environments, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, catalog configuration, invoicing strategy and B2B integrations This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, data-driven strategy implementation knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Position Responsibilities Supplier Enablement & Integration Manage the process to set up and enable suppliers on legacy and new environment of SAP Business Network (SBN) for PO dispatch from Ariba and SAP, electronic invoicing, and invoice status updates. Lead supplier enablement strategy to increase SBN adoption across catalog and non-catalog suppliers, including the end-to-end invoicing strategy to drive compliant and touchless processing. Lead activities related to SAP Business Network, including Supplier Enablement, Catalog Configuration, and B2B Integrations for both legacy and new systems. Testing & Deployment Lead end-to-end testing for SAP Business Network (SBN) including Catalog enablement and B2B integrations. Support end-to-end testing for Ariba deployments, including modules like Supplier Lifecycle Performance and Buying & Invoicing. Provide deployment lifecycle support-including planning, execution, and post-go-live hypercare-to ensure successful adoption and stable operations. Implementation and Change Management Deliver training sessions for both SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network in legacy and new systems for internal users and suppliers. Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition during new system implementations and ongoing enhancements. Provide training and support stakeholders for successful system implementation and adoption. Prepare system documentation, update SOPs, instructions, and manuals. Issue Resolution & Support Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network across legacy and new systems. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, IT or related field Five to eight years of experience in P2P role Experience working with Ariba, SAP Business Network and SAP ERP systems. Experience working in a customer-focused environment. Previous experience working with suppliers that support Zoetis applications and 3rd party Zoetis suppliers Technical Skills Requirements B2+ English in written and oral communication Proven ability to work and navigate in a global organization, interacting with multiple layers within the organizational matrix Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Business Network, including Supplier Enablement, Catalog Configuration, Invoicing processes and B2B Integrations Expertise in end-to-end system testing, including functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ability to deliver system training for both legacy and new platforms Proven ability to work in a team environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel analytics capability, including pivot tables and data analysis. General knowledge of procurement and financial systems, including SAP Business Network, Ariba, SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana Ability to effectively communicate with employees, suppliers, vendors and Zoetis management. Flexibility to work outside standard regional hours to support global teams and deployment activities
