Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to handle and operate chemical production processes safely and efficiently.
• Willing to work rotating shifts,including night shifts .
• Willing to work on Weekend & PH .
• Able to work overtime when required.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities - Oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets are met. - Ensure production schedules are followed and completed on time. - Monitor workflow efficiency and adjust resources when necessary. - Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain product quality. - Investigate production defects or issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits. - Enforce workplace safety policies and regulations at all times. - Maintain accurate production records and inventory usage reports. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
