Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategy for APAC region and drive sales and customer development across Asia Pacific, including frequent customer visits and continuous relationship building
- Lead sales & acquisition process, including opportunity creation, documentation in Customer Hub, and developing regional key account strategies.

- Qualification and Skills
- University degree or equivalent education, combined with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sales or business development
- Solid background in aircraft cabin products and general sales methodologies (e.g., calculations, opportunity management)
- Strong intercultural competence, especially in working with APAC customers.
- High customer orientation, networking capabilities, and ability to generate opportunities and achieve order intake targets in an international environment
- Interface between APAC local airline industry and German homesites; experience with purchase contracts beneficial
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in managing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
