Charge de cours 12.01 Une charge de Cours comprend en tout ou en partie les activités d'Enseignement suivants : a) la préparation du Cours et du plan de Cours ; b) la prestation du Cours ; c) l'évaluation des étudiantes et étudiants ; d) la remise d'un compte-rendu d'assiduité des étudiants, et la remise des notes à l'Université ; e) la supervision des auxiliaires d'enseignement ou autre personnel de soutien à l'enseignement ; f) la révision, sur demande, des notes de leurs étudiants ; g) rencontrer les étudiants, être disponible pour répondre aux questions et prodiguer des conseils concernant le contenu et les attentes du Cours ; Maintenir la plateforme d'apprentissage myCourses (afficher les présentations, entrer les notes, surveiller les forums de discussion, répondre aux questions, etc.) Communiquer avec les étudiants par l'intermédiaire de myCourses ou par courriel, au besoin. Course Assignment 12.01 A Course assignment includes all or part of the following teaching activities: a) preparation of the Course and Course plan; b) delivery of the Course; c) evaluation of students; d) submitting to the University a report on student attendance and students grades; e) supervision of Teaching Assistants or any other teaching support staff; f) upon request, review of their students' grades; g) meeting with students, being available to answer questions and give advice concerning Course content and requirements; Maintain the myCourses learning platform (post readings, enter grades, monitor discussion boards, answer questions, etc.) Communicate with students via myCourses or email as required. Teaching Qualification Requirements: Éducation / Education Doctorat en biostatistique., ou Epidémiologie PhD in Biostatistics, or Epidemiology Expérience / Experience Compétences démontrées en matière d'enseignement au niveau maîtrise Demonstrated skills in teaching at a master's level Autre / Other - Capacité à faciliter l'apprentissage des étudiants par le biais de cours magistraux, et d'enseignement en laboratoire. - Capacité à communiquer (à l'écrit et à l'oral) en anglais et de comprendre le français. - Ability to facilitate student learning through lectures and lab instruction. - Ability to communicate (in writing and verbally) in English and understand French.
