Senior Email (UI) Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email and pop-up design for 4-6 complex client accounts (gifs, animations, advanced UI)
• Lead design innovation and contribute to agency-wide design systems and standards
• Provide informal art direction to junior designers and represent design in pod planning and client pitches
• What we're looking for (non negotiable):
• 4+ years of email design experience - portfolio required and must demonstrate range and creative direction
• Expert-level Figma skills and experience with generative AI (e.g. Gemini)
• You think strategically, mentor those around you, and operate like an owner
