In addition, the role supports onboarding, employee engagement activities, and office administration when required. Principal Accountabilities HR Digital Transformation Lead the implementation and optimisation of Odoo HRMS Drive automation and digitalisation of HR processes Act as the system owner for HR technology platforms HR Processes & Workflow Design and streamline HR workflows Ensure standardisation and efficiency across HR functions Data Analytics & Reporting Develop HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring metrics) Provide insights to support strategic decision-making Talent Acquisition Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process Improve hiring efficiency and strengthen employer branding Change Management Drive adoption of HR systems and digital tools Train and support stakeholders on new systems and processes
