Senior Recruiter (In-House) / Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Proactively source and headhunt high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels and search techniques.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interview coordination, driving the end-to-end recruitment process from initial engagement through to offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within agreed timelines and service levels.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within Workday and recruitment systems.
• About You
• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting passive candidates.
• Strong experience recruiting across IT, Finance & Accounting , and broader corporate functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organised.

This is an independent, standalone role based in Makati, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of end -to-end recruitment delivery.
