We are looking for a talented Machining Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN . Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. • Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Requirements

• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• Experience operating CNC machines (1 to 3 years) (Thee most critical requirement for this position)
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills (decimals, fractions, tolerances)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
