We are Delivery Hero. **Job Description** We are on the lookout for a Manager, Fraud Operations, to join the Global Fraud Operations Team at Central Fintech on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Be part of a diverse and highly effective team that is responsible for evaluating transactions globally, amounting to billions of Euros. Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero. You'll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants, from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets and credit. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users and enabling smooth transactions across our markets. - Lead and manage the operational fraud prevention team. - Identify operational risks across customers, riders, and vendors by detecting fraudulent behavior within the ecosystem and developing comprehensive mitigation plans. - Maintain clear and effective communication with Regional teams to identify new fraud cases, drive solutions, and monitor/report results. - Define value-oriented priorities with Delivery Hero fraud operation entities and Product, Data, and Technology teams to establish a clear roadmap for capability development and required Machine Learning models. - Act as a subject matter expert to ensure fraud prevention knowledge is spread throughout the entire company. - Build and monitor main fraud KPIs to track the health and success of prevention initiatives. - Conduct qualitative risk analyses to proactively identify potential fraud attempts in new products or features launched on the platforms. **Qualifications** ** **What you need to be successful**** - _An educational degree in Economics (or similar with a statistical background), Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field._ - _Proficiency with SQL or other data analysis and exploration tools._ - _At least 3 years of experience in fraud prevention; experience within e-commerce companies is preferred._ - _Proven skills in training and mentoring analysts to foster growth and technical excellence._ - _Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams (Data/Tech) and operational teams responsible for implementing processes._ **Additional Information** Ensuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
