About the role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Associate Director to lead performance-driven accounts and deliver measurable growth across a diverse portfolio of clients. - Drive advanced optimization strategies including bidding enhancements, audience refinement, creative performance testing, and conversion rate improvements.
- Translate client business goals into clear activation roadmaps and measurable performance frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead client performance conversations, presenting insights, results, and improvement plans with confidence and clarity.
- Oversee forecasting accuracy, pacing controls, and budget efficiency in alignment with planning teams.
- Establish rigorous QA processes and governance to ensure flawless campaign setup and execution.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of performance managers and executives, ensuring technical excellence and continuous upskilling.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, privacy regulations, and measurement developments across GCC markets.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Search, Social, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of delivering strong performance results across multiple accounts and industries.
- Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Experience managing high-budget accounts with strong operational discipline.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- GCC market experience is highly preferred.
