PeopleSoft Developer - Strictly no H1B or OPT ead

Responsibilities

• The PeopleSoft Developer is a developer in the technical delivery and support of PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules.
• The candidate must possess advanced (for the III)/ senior-level (for the II) experience working in two modules in PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM Version 9.2.
• The candidate must possess advanced (for the III)/ senior-level (for the II) ability to create technical documentation: ability to develop technical system designs, develop technical program specifications, and develop technical testing requirements. -
• Refine and decompose requirements to the level of detail required to initiate coding -
• Review and accept software and interface design and requirements -
• Implement code as specified in the design and ensures the implemented software fully satisfies functional and technical requirements -
• Develop technical system design documents -
• Participate in functional BRD and technical design reviews
• Required Skills:
• Level III - Minimum 7 years
• progressive work experience focused on PeopleSoft application design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation in full life-cycle projects
• Level III - Minimum 7 years
