Global P&O Business Partner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years relevant P&O functional experience with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above; Masters degree desired.
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) or other HR certification is preferred
• Strength in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, written and verbal communication, process development, analytical skill, and problem solving.
• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to translate business strategy into P&O strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leadership as well as strong rapport quickly and broadly across a global customer team.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization preferably in a global environment.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency using applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Workday experience preferred.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for developing and driving the People & Organization (or "P&O" - what we call Human Resources) strategy for a key set of business groups within Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) and works closely with senior leadership in this capacity. This individual will act as a trusted partner to the business, bringing deep insights, an independent viewpoint, and P&O expertise to business issues.
