The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for developing and driving the People & Organization (or "P&O" - what we call Human Resources) strategy for a key set of business groups within Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) and works closely with senior leadership in this capacity. This individual will act as a trusted partner to the business, bringing deep insights, an independent viewpoint, and P&O expertise to business issues. This individual will bring a proven track record of translating business strategies into P&O initiatives that effectively drive and support business performance including profit, growth, and customer and employee engagement across the organization.
