The role will look to mitigate risk, optimise and enhance existing assets, recycle capital, and support new origination through strategic solutions, to deliver value to both Shawbrook and our customers The role will support the Credit Distribution team, to help manage the risk profile of the book, including:- Portfolio Solutions Agency Structured Finance Syndications Sub-Participations with 3rd party lenders Credit Insurance Asset sales The role will look to support the forward look origination strategy aimed at continued success in our chosen market, supporting origination activities across Structured Finance and Real Estate (syndicated facilities) and helping to ensure originated assets are structured in a manner to maximise both future distribution options and the optimum capital treatment (increasing returns). The role will have ongoing responsibilities for solutions delivered - e.g. ongoing day to day management any existing of future distribution strategies, providing agency activities for syndicated facilities - this will ensure effective segregation of duties. The role will include cross divisional collaboration on Structured Finance Deals, Real Estate and data management activities. Quantitative Degree / Similar business qualification or equivalent work experience appropriate to the role Proven experience in bank-lending or similar, with a particular focus on structured finance or real estate Agency experience would be considered a positive Your Wellbeing - We take your health and well-being very seriously by providing a range of benefits to give you and your family peace of mind.
