Responsibilities

Requirements
- You have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- You have at least five years' experience in customer service or a related field, seven years' experience preferred
- You demonstrate a working knowledge related to value chain and supply chain activities as well as a business-to-business order fulfillment cycle
- You have the ability to balance service and cost within your daily work
- You have business understanding and knowledge as well as problem solving skills
- You have organizational and interpersonal skills
- You have knowledge related to relevant IT tools and systems ideally in systems including Salesforce, SAP or both
- You are fluent in both English and Spanish or in English only

- Salary range : 68,960 to 99,000 USD / year based on qualifications and experience

- Position 1 : Reports directly to Wade Smith , supporting customer segments including Latin America and publishers, brokers, and printers in North America . Spanish language skills are required for this role.
- Position 2 : Reports to Marlene Forbes , supporting publishers, brokers, and printers in North America . English proficiency is required ; Spanish is not mandatory.
